This bowling alley has everything that you'd expect it to have (you know, shoes, the barriers that come up, the little thing children use (and adults if you want to mess around and you see there's one out - I warn you, they don't help much!)) - the usual. I've emailed customer service to be told I would get a refund on our pre booked food but the money we spent on our card would need to be cleared. Ive sent proof of purchase and 1 week later still no refund. Also the money I paid In cash, I would need to go back into hollywood bowl (get PDSD) and they would give it back. Also they still have our cake if we want it. (What we going to do with a cake now?) And they said sorry. That's all we got was SORRY. That will never make up for anything that happened that day and for anyone else looking to take your child here to celebrate I would avoid it.
