I have had my voice heard on several advertisements. I love it. They pay promptly. It is a nice distraction from everyday life. Also, you are always paid in cash--no gift cards or checks here. Their office is on the first floor of a corporate office building in St. Louis Park. It is bright and spacious, and they have a separate smaller waiting area with a door replete with a Keurig machine/pods, snacks, and a fridge with soda and water and other beverages. There are also several conference rooms where the focus groups take place. The only reason I gave it four stars is sometimes, their follow through with communication can be a bit lax. For instance, you may receive a call from them about participating in a study, but the person calling may not leave a voice mail. Then, when you call back, you're not able to reach a live person right away. Sometimes, they will call you again the next day, and other times, you never hear back from them. It can prove to be frustrating when you want to get in on one of the studies for which you qualify. Other than that, they're another good alternative in the way of making a little extra money on the side. I do recommend them.
