Though I have moved on to other business interests, the original site they designed is still up, perfectly functional and still looks great. Hear me out.....I have worked with this company for a VERY long time…read more(20 plus years) and when my account was managed by David Kimmel and his team at Skyline Sector 5, things were fine! But last year, the management was taken over by corporate, and they are the shadiest bunch of people I have ever worked with. 6 different account reps in less than one year, and the one I have now refuses to return a call or email....yet he demands a response from me when he needs something. Twice recently, they have shipped out dirty and broken materials to my clients' events, issued incorrect invoices, falsified charges, and then is taking 9 months to correct invoices and refusing to change the date on them to reflect the current invoice. Now they are acting spiteful by holding services for ransom until they get paid on an invoice they just sent me last week (which took them 9 months to fix and where my client needs 30 days to process). Wow!

She said I was accusing her of something which had she listened to everything that I had to say she would have known otherwise. I reminded her that I was the client and asked why she was talking to me the way she was. She was argumentative and RUDE. After a few attempts to get her to listen to me I told her that she was rude and that I no longer wanted to do business with her. She hung up on me. Since then I have been trying to get in touch with Jeff Johnson (don't know his role in the company but whatever it is he doesn't care as he hasn't called or emailed back after 3 attempts) How do you treat clients like that? I will make sure that everyone I know knows to NEVER do business with Skyline.
