I purchased my mattress many years ago and it's just as firm now as it was when it first arrived at my house. The price was VERY reasonable as I ended up paying a fraction of the price that other stores charged while receiving a mattress that was far superior in both quality and durability. The saleswoman was very kind and knowledgeable. The delivery was timely and everything was super smooth. I can't say enough good things about this place. This place truly is a local gem and I would urge anyone looking for a new bed, especially an ultra firm one, to come here.

Very large showroom and promptly greeted by very friendly salesperson Ashley, who made the one hour experience fun and educational. She is like the Amy Schumer of mattress sales, giving us the ins and outs of sleeping science but not putting us to sleep with boring fact. She listened to our needs and led us in many directions that she thought would suit us. No pressure at all, and what was nice seemed like she loved her job. I like how all of the beds are separated into style (plush, temperpedic, firm etc). Each bed style color coded so you know which section to go straight to. Though I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the tour of mattresses (she was so patient with us), narrowed it down to two beds we liked but still shopping around.

I was pleased with our sales guy Bobby and also the manager with the super cool tattoos. Our family spent time sitting on different furniture sets and we were pleased with our final choice (not pictured). The snack section in the back was clutch. We were able to grab a quick bite and look around some more. Financing options were easy to understand. Delivery went really well. The movers were courteous and cleaned up behind themselves.

He clearly explained the process and respected my price limits. He showed me a lot of options but left me alone occasionally to try out a few options alone. They had a sale going at the time, but even so, when all was said and done we came in slightly above my max price. I was firm on not doing financing, so he found another discount for me, and I got the mattress I wanted (which was way out of my price range based on sticker price) with delivery and a mattress pad, for exactly what I wanted to pay. It's possible I could have played hard ball and gotten it a little cheaper, but at this point, I just wanted a mattress. Delivery went smoothly, the driver gave me a call 20 minutes before they arrived, right at the beginning of the 3 hour window. They were polite and everything went off without a hitch! I love the mattress and don't think I'll be taking advantage of their return policy, but it's still nice to know it's available. I would recommend this place for sure, just know your limits and be able to walk away if you can't get what you want.

He asked several questions about our sleep habits, current mattress, budget, etc. He took a few minutes to explain features of various mattresses and then let us test drive. Based on our likes or dislikes about the mattress we just tested he showed us different mattresses. We eventually settled on one, Paul priced it and then we left to do more comparative shopping as Sleep Outfitters was our first stop. As mentioned the other stores were similarly priced & the sales people were fine but we really appreciated Paul's sales style and expertise. We are now sleeping comfortably on our new Sleep Outfitters mattress from Paul at the Mayfield Hts. store.

The pricing is the best you will find in the greater Cleveland area. These guys used to own Best Furniture over in Mentor, which also had quality furniture at low prices. Their approach is very consultative, but not pesky at all (which I can't say for some other stores in the area). The bottom line is, if you go to Ashley and find something you like, you'll probably find the same exact piece here but cheaper. That's what happened to me. I purchased Durapella slate gray sectional from Ashley in February 2025, delivered in March…read more2025(purchase price 4K) I was told DuraPella was guaranteed to be indestructible. The sales associated took his car key multiple times to the couch to demonstrate the durability. On July 4 we discovered a small area on the side of the couch where the gray material was peeling off the couch. I put in a claim and have been denied, stating they do not cover "cuts", the damage appears to be accidental rather than a defect. I am not sure how peeling material would be accidental damage. I will never purchase from Ashley again, I would recommend Bobs Furniture over Ashley. Ashley does not stand behind the products, their customer service is just awful. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy furniture from Ashley Home Store. I purchased a bedroom…read moreset, a sofa and a love seat in July and it was delivered in august. The dresser came with uneven drawers. They sent a tech out to fix it but it could not be fixed because the drawers themselves were cut wrong. I was told a new dresser would be sent and everything would be fine with this new one. They have sent me 3 dressers and they all have this problem. So they said they'll send out just new drawers... they are the wrong ones. Now I have to wait for new drawers to be sent in their place and schedule a tech to come install them. Also the knobs keep falling off. I can not have that happening I'm my 2 year old daughters room. She still puts stuff in her mouth. What if she chokes?! Now on to the sofas. They keep ripping at the seams. The cushions are flattening as are the throw pillows. Ashley home store has sent me replacement cushions but they also keep ripping and flattening. I took pictures of all the cushions and pillows and sent them to Ashley home store and was told this is "normal wear and tear". Are you kidding me?! It has only been 7 months. Actually less because the cushions were last replaced in December. The dust cover on the loveseat is also detaching from the underneath of the couch. I was sent a new dust cover and had to schedule for the tech to come staple it back onto the couch. I asked if they could just come pick up all of the furniture and refund me because I am SO UNHAPPY. And was told nope. I cannot return anything after I sign for it. They have given me money off of the bill but in my opinion it is not enough. We spent a lot of money at this furniture store and I expect longevity out of the pieces we purchase
