I received from a friend an absolutely gorgeous bouquet created and delivered by Lush Flowers and…read moresince it is so spectacular in so many ways I am making an extra effort to do this review. The composition of the bouquet is perfect and is perhaps one of the most beautiful I have ever received. It was packaged spectacularly and each layer got more impressive. The outer very attractive wrapping was carefully draped around the stems with an impressive bow at the base. The stems were wrapped in a sponge like water retentive packaging which would have allowed me to leave the flowers unattended to for some time. The stems were appropriately cut at an angle to best take in water and last longer. I hope I have the opportunity to use Lush Flowers to make someone's day. The shop is well named.

Basically, 1/3 of all reviews are negative. Count em' The…read morenegative reviews experienced was the same as mine. At least the florist is consistent. When, I called to complain I was shamed for leaving a negative review, instead of first calling them. I thought the retailer should be the one calling me. Especially since I was clear that the bouquet had to include the orchids. Yet I was the one who is remiss in giving a review? Feeling shamed, I revised my review, to a 5 star, which was not honest. After, my dear, sweet cousin, who is 72, and very ill also lied to me, telling me the bouquet is beautiful. Then when I told her I complained she thanked me, and told me she was sorry for lying to me. Sorry here, sorry there. Sorry everywhere. There. This is at least honest now. Sorry, not sorry. Repenting after being shamed by the florist, telling God I'm sorry, and sorry to the florist too. Then, I had to return to God, once again for lying and giving a glowing review. I am one sorry sucker, but boy did I ever get sucker punched, I wonder if God is as cross-eyed, and dizzy as me now. Signed, Too darned old for this stuff.

I went to the location last minute the day before my wife's b day. It was a small window so my wife…read moredidn't suspect anything suspicious as my son and i were out getting a haircut. Parked, looked beautiful inside before we walked in (flowers on display) Walked in smelled wonderfully, the flowers in cold fridges were magnificent, beautiful , elegant, divine, and taken care of nicely. You could tell the 3 people i saw there took great pride in such creations they had made. Though there was a slight language barrier (Spanish/english) i was still taken care of with patience, care, and attentiveness. I told her what we were looking for (had no idea what to get) she showed me a couple options and i believe she could tell when i thought she would like these. As i was showed similar styles/set ups and different sizes. I told her the range i was looking to she showed me the low end the high end and everything in between. They can custom make in the same day request but trust me no need. They should have already made what you may be looking for, or like in my case not even knowing what you want. I purchased. Went to go get a haircut she held them for me until i got back. I returned (30-45 minutes later) and already 2-3 next to mine were sold. Important thing mine was not! When i left we were taken care of with new vases, fresh water, and boxes to hold our vases for the travel home. Love it and would come back (30-45 minutes from home) to get my wife something this special. *this is not Kroger/HEB folks. This is a real deal local florist who locally delivers, does customs same day if possible, and makes beautify art with what she has* Of course when you walk in. It's a flower shop. There's stems on counters pedals here and there. It's a little cold in the shop. But what do you expect? 3 photos two for my wife's b day and the other was for my son and his girls 4 month dating anniversary

I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for on their website so I called & explained that I wanted a standard bouquet with all red flowers (but no carnations as my grandmother hates them ) & lots of green foliage. The bouquet was enormous & simply stunning. They even sent it the very same day, just hours after I placed the order. It really cheered my grandmother up & the nurses all gushed over it. If you find yourself in a position where you have to send flowers unseen, you won't have to worry with Enchanted Florist. They listen to your requests & never fail to impress. I live on the west coast & even with the time difference & having to do everything by phone, they're always on top of it & communication is top notch. I'll continue to use them to brighten my grandmother's day from far away, no matter the occasion.
