There are three rental properties that fed off that same well. I was scared that our tenants would be hugely inconvenienced with lack of water for days. This was NOT the case at all. Rod Miller and his plumbing team were there within 2 hours to access the damage. And replaced the pump and restored water by end of day. You can only imagine our relief. He even went above and beyond by providing accurate documentation to help with the insurance claim. Thank you Cota & Cota!

He arrived at our home on time and as promised immediacy set to identifying and then repairing the issue. Josh proved to be a master engineer with amazing intuition and experience. He immediately found the issue was an electrical short at the pump, and then pulled 275 feet of pipe from my well during a sleet storm and repaired the shorted connection at the well pump, and our water flowed again. Josh is a serious professional and worked safe and totally focused on the work at hand, no small talk just delivered superior and lasting results. You will not be disappointed.

The unit has needed one part or another every single year.. Aside from and in spite of annual upkeep, he has cost me additional money every single year. Now I have learned that the unit was vented improperly and had a significant effect on the fresh air circulation. Which in turn has cause soot build up on the unit. More money. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with John over the past year via email or voicemail. Unsuccessful in both areas. It is both sad and frustrating to put your trust in someone who claims to be a professional. Find someone else.

I called at 5pm in the evening, expecting to get a call back later that week. He called me at 6:30pm, and went to see the job within 2 days. The quote was very fair, and significantly below the one other person I had been able to get to look at the job. A week and a half later, we had a new furnace and new hot water heater, 2 days ahead of schedule. John communicated with me daily, let me know of anything unexpected, and was on time and on budget. Managing repairs from afar is always a challenge, but John made it easy with great communication, including pictures. He even checked in with me 2 weeks later to make sure everything was working correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to call John again. Truly a professional.

On May 22, 2026, the installer came to inspect the issue and confirmed that the leak was the result of the installation. He told me he would return to repair it. Since then, I've made repeated attempts to schedule the repair. Communication has been inconsistent, and getting a firm commitment has been extremely frustrating. He was supposed to come on Monday, but after I called to follow up, I was told he was camping and would come later that week. As of today, I still have not heard from him, and I have been unable to reach him. I understand that schedules can change, but two months of trying to get a confirmed repair date for an issue that was acknowledged by the installer is disappointing. I would have appreciated honest communication and timely follow-through. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of accountability and customer service after the installation.

I finally reached out to Cota & Cota, seeing that they offered plumbing services. They said they typically only provided those services to gas customers (we were buying from Bob's), but I told them we were desperate, so they agreed to help. They showed up within 24 hours every time I called (which was at least five times over one summer) to get patch work done. Eventually, we decided on doing a full pipe replacement. They completed that work in 48 hours, and they did so despite a low electrical current running through the pipes thanks to dome DIY wiring the previous owners did and decided not to tell us about. We still need a new filtration system to reduce the acidity of our well water, but we now have functional pipes (mostly plastic). As far as I'm concerned, this company saved our home, and we are forever grateful.
