We became members of Temple Bat Yam 2 years ago and immediately experienced the warm and welcoming promise stated in the TBY logo slogan. Although we initially joined for the spiritual and ritual aspects we quickly realized there was so much more to become involved with. We particularly like the Temple's commitment to the concept of Tikkum Olem (acts of kindness performed to perfect or repair the world). All are welcome with open arms. The congregants are amazing and warm. I have friends from the temple that I met in pre-school and continue to build relationships today. Rabbi Gold gives amazing sermons and is a fantastic spiritual leader. Cantor Kramarow has a beautiful voice that makes service uplifting. My family has had close ties with the Chai Center and specifically Rabbi Bronstein. We became…read moreacquainted in the summer of 2018 during unfortunate circumstances where we sought comfort and prayer after a loss. Since then, my family and father in particular has joined the Chai Community and has been fully welcomed- learning Hebrew, enjoying Friday and Saturday services and events. The Chai Center really has given us all life, community, counseling, education and comfort in particularly difficult times. My father adored the community, the Bronstein family, and would often invite my family (in California) to join services and events whenever we were in Coral Springs. The rabbi recently prayed for my father at the hospital bedside and then led us in services as my father joined G-d. He has been available to me and my family through tough times and after. I know the Chai Center will also be there in our greatest joyous moments to come. I highly recommend walking in and introducing yourself to the most welcoming Chabad.
