After trying everything I could find online I decided to contact Licensed to Chill. I was transferred to Chris. He could not have been nicer and more helpful and patient with me. Over the phone on what I'm sure is a busy day for him, he talked me through the things I should look for. Essentially it came down to a float plug in my HVAC unit that had gotten some water in it causing it to stop the system. Turned out to be a simple fix but I would have had no clue if it wasn't for Chris. Really can't thank you enough Chris. If anything goes wrong in the future with my system,, I will definitely be reaching out to Licensed to Chill

It did the first 2 times - 3'time not . They wanted 500 dollars to come out on weekend and 150 dollars to open service center to get part. When i pushed back and stated it shouldnt be so much and they should have fixed on the first 2 times under full warranty they refused. So just fyi not a company that stands by their work. And over charges. I called 2 other local companys and both will come out on weekend for 135 plus parts. Part is under warranty so u do the math.

I recently had them install a new HVAC system for me to replace my 19 year old system. They were very diligent at finding the correct system for my application. the installers were very professional and courteous. I just had the final inspection done and as the inspector came up to my house he informed me that he had just been to three other jobs done by their competitors and all three jobs had failed the inspection. Thompsons came highly recommended by my neighbor who had used them for many years. Thompson's was the only HVAC company that took the time to go into our attic and carefully measure the existing ductwork to evaluate an ongoing airflow issue to part of our home. Others companies that I spoke with simply said "Okay you have a 4 ton...the price is $ X. Luke promptly and clearly communicated the various options for a replacement system. The job was done in a neat and professional manner by the experienced Thompson crew working in unison. I was most impressed by the entire crew's attention to details. Certified Heating and Cooling,Inc. $$$…read moreSERVICE REQUESTED: I have an annual agreement with this office, and it has been a great value. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. For me, these people are very highly recommended.
