I inquired to get an indoor 36 x 80" door replaced with a recessed door & storage helving installed in garage. Got reply from a no reply address & had not realized it - so had replied to the email getting me no closer to getting work scheduled. I followed up by phone & learned fir first time (not via there website or a recorded message on their answering recording - that they set up a consult for a fee & work by the hour. That is fine & I wanted to schedule. I asked how the electric switches that may need to be moved could be addressed. They do not do that. So then they said I would need to take all the work elsewhere & hung up on me. I called back spoke to the manager Kyle & very calmly & politely recapped my disappointingexperience and shockingly was treated exactly the same.

From the start, Chris and Matt made the process of sharing ideas and getting an estimate smooth and easy. Communication was excellent--we were always kept informed about scheduling and arrival times, which is rare these days. The installation team--Joseph, Alan, and Dillon--were fantastic. They were professional, personable, and showed incredible attention to detail. If they noticed even the slightest flaw, they fixed it immediately. Our kitchen cabinets now look like they just came out of the factory--the workmanship is superb. However, we recently recommended Edla's Cleaning Services to our granddaughter who had just bought a newly constructed town house. My granddaughter instructed the ladies that she wanted a deep cleaning on everything!. The job done by the three cleaning ladies was horrible! They left blue tape on the new appliances; the inside of the cabinets were NOT wiped down; there was construction debris left on the bathroom shower floor; and the countertops were sticky and not cleaned very well. Our granddaughter was very disappointed after we gave her such a strong recommendation. The only difference I can think of between her experience and ours was that my wife and I were present for the entire time both cleanings were done. In this case my granddaughter was not present the whole time and had to leave for an appointment. Sadly, as a result of this experience I would not recommend Edla's Cleaning Services unless you stayed and were present while the cleaning was performed or reinspected your place before the cleaners left. One more point I would like to make is that her mother, my daughter owns three real estate franchises and who knows how much additional business Edla Cleaning Services would have received from my daughter's recommendations if her cleaning ladies did the same quality job they did for us!

They never dug a hole or even got a camera in the pipes. I called Johnson Family Plumbing and he was out quickly for a second opinion. He got a camera in the pipe and found my collapsed sewer pipe quickly. He came up with a plan to replace, inspect the internal pipes, mill & jet, and potentially line if they needed it. They replaced the collapsed line in one day and came out after passing inspection to mill and jet the internal pipes. After milling, Mike said everything looked good and it didn't need to be lined. Working with him and his crew was such an easy experience. He was honest with me, communicated well, and there were no surprises. They also saved me $15k. Absolutely phenomenal experience and I will be recommending him to all of my friends.
