When I returned to work the next morning, the telephone guys were already there. One of the guys spent an hour with me reviewing the many new features of the telephones and teaching me how the features can be used to properly manage the many telephone calls I handle on a daily basis as a receptionist. I can now see if anyone in the company is on the telephone from my computer and I can call anyone in the company using their extension number which goes to their cell phone if they are away from their desk.
