I had never done this before and now I know what to expect…read more What I learned... When making this reservation I didn't read anywhere that it would be with a group. When we arrived there were at least 20 adults & 1 ballon... So we were split up into 2 groups. 12 total can fit in the basket. I was really scared but the whole experience was very peaceful & not scary at all. This was pretty pricey ($358 total for 2) considering there were more people than expected, we had to wait for the 1st group, pictures were NOT included & "champagne" was a $5 bottle of Andre. We had just done a river rafting tour the day before & all our gear & pictures were included. What I would do different... Ask more questions prior. I would have liked to have gone along more scenic areas (along the river, closer to the mountains) vs the suburban neighborhoods. Had I known they load up the basket w/ various groups I would get a group of 12 friends/family. I think champagne on board would've been nice rather than in the parking lot at the end of the ballon ride. We liked one of our pictures enough to pay $40 for 1 digital picture.... As they say, "you don't know until you know" so Im not disappointed I just would either use a different company that offers different scenic tours, Private parties & pictures included or none at all.
