I have been a regular customer since moving here 2 years ago. This place is WAY better than most…read moredispensaries. Yes, to avoid the egregious California taxes you need a medical card to shop here. BUT they make it easy by giving you all the info you need to get one (which takes a total of 20 minutes). Once you're in, the prices are UNBEATABLE and all the prices are exactly how they are listed- no hidden fees or costs. They have incredible strains all priced out by level, fantastic infused pre-roll options like 3 Kings, huge deals on combo purchases, and daily deals and specials to further help you save. They have a big variety of waxes and concentrates if you prefer dabs, a whole slew of edible options, and of course great topical ointments and salves for joint pains and muscle soreness. I recommend the Prestige CBD Healing Salve for hand-related pain like arthritis and carpal tunnel. Finally, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have give-alway goodie-bags regularly for holidays and with each order over $50 you can spin a prize wheel for more free stuff! The place is very clean with plenty of opportunities to use hand sanitizer and mask are required. Don't spend your money anywhere else.

Only 2 prerolls had green flower. When I came to try to exchange them I was told I had to contact support MYSELF to receive exchange/refund. I do not blame bud tender, apple her name was super nice. Manager/supervisor I just spoke to, did not catch her name since she did not introduce herself to me, all she did was state company policy. Still waiting for her to receive confirmation from "contacting support" for refund/exchange since it is 3rd party brand. Been here literally 2 hours standing to receive an exchange/refund whichever. I have been patient and not an asshole about the whole thing. Please be aware they have a "sell first" flower signs throughout the store. Just check out the product first before purchase if it's a prerolls or flower. One of the bud tender came up to me and told me now "I'll get the exchange going". Funny how the manager/supervisor never confirmed or said "approval" from a so-call "support". She just left the store now at 6:45PM with no acknowledgment.

Especially disappointed as I had come in specifically because the staff had reminded me about the sale 2 days before. Why would you cancel a long standing promo the day it runs without informing your customers? I will not be recommending or spending my money here any longer. There are much better dispensaries in the area that have respect for their customers.

I randomly went to the Pho spot next door one night to pick up food, and noticed that the lights were on and I noticed someone walking around inside. After grabbing my food, I went in and started to speaking to the people inside. Rudy, who runs this botanica along with his wife were really sweet. I had only gone in to ask about some bracelets I've been looking for and came out with a little more knowledge. You can tell they are really enthusiastic about helping others spiritually. I learned that they also teach classes, do group sessions, but also private ones as well. Although I needed to hurry out of there, I received Rudy's card with the correct number on it so that I am able to reach him the next time I want to come back. I have corrected the phone number on here and on Google. They work off of appointments only! So call ahead of time.

I want to start this review by saying I've been seeking Delmy O's services for almost 2 years now,…read moreand although some of her items such as her baths or mojo bags or candles did not affect or help me in any way, I still believed in her enough to seek guidance when it came to readings or aesthetician (body work). She portrayed herself as a caring person. Especially when money was involved. I witnessed a few red flags here and there but nothing too alarming until recently when I agreed to go with her and her husband Rudy E. to Cuba for mano de orula. The whole thing was priced at about $5K USD not including the flight, but it also involved another ceremony which they were both hesitant to explain and kept insisting it was necessary for maximum alignment. I should have done my research first, but I was a little impatient to keep waiting as I had been wanting to join the religion for some time now. I understand the process of ceremonies are meant to be kept secret until the person goes through the experience, but she did not even mention it was to receive Mano de orula AND palo in the same week(s) without any divination done beforehand to see if it was in my path (which real followers would not rush the process this way, only greedy ones). I am inexperienced in this so I wasn't sure if that was right for me but I figured I would know once I'm there. I paid them $2K USD cash up front and would give the rest after since I live paycheck to paycheck. Rudy wrote it down in a notebook. We did not sign anything nor agree on any "non refundable" amount, it was all verbal, on paper, and by trust. It was very wrong to trust them. I met with their godson who told me stories about his experience that were not only alarming but also turning me off to the whole thing, especially joining this house which had allowed sexual assault and disrespect to some of their initiators. The fact is these people struggle to maintain good relationships with others. It all sounded so wrong for me to continue, plus doing my research let me know these people were UPCHARGING me like crazy for the whole thing, especially it being done in CUBA not the usa. I was disappointed and texted her days before I was set to leave by plane. I mentioned I wanted a refund when they got back and she kept giving me this BS runaround about how they can only give me store credit. I explained I didn't want to do any more services with them and she ignored it, kept talking about store credit which was never brought up at the time of doing business. Neither of them bothered to respond to my texts, to call me, to meet up with me, and they both refused to give me my money back. These people that claim to help others on their spiritual journey and are in high places themselves by scamming others, by upcharging and not being up front on the services being done nor doing them the right way, and to top it off they are both THIEVES and have no problem stealing people's money nor trying to make things right. I cut ties with these people for their scummy behavior, and may whatever they have planned to do be returned to their family tenfold because I didn't take from them, I didn't steal, I did nothing wrong. I refused your services and asked for my $2,000 back with no success nor communication from your end. These people are in the wrong and throwing tantrums in "private" because they MIGHT have to face the consequences of their actions. Your businesses and names would not be brought up if you did the right thing. What a shame.
