I took 2 Macs in to get repaired - first Mac they send me the quote that doesn't include fixing the…read morebroken speaker I asked to be fixed, they then quote to replace my 2Tb Hard drive with a 1Tb SSD (that costs a LOT more than a Hard drive). The second one they tell me before the repair it cant be fixed - but STILL take it in then charge me $95 to confirm that they were right and they couldn't fix it (despite it just being a graphic card issue!). I'd not use these folks again!.
