This shop is centrally located on Calle Tetuán and isn't far from its competitor Vodafone. You push a button when you go in on the service kiosk and then wait for it to show up. Orange had the best data deal so I went with them. English is limited with the sales people here but with my basic Spanish I didn't have any issues. 15€ later I had data for the rest of my trip here in Spain. Great deal!

The employees were sitting around inside, with the gate half-shut, texting on their phones to collect pay for doing no work, and refusing service to customers. THIS is why Spain's unemployment is so high. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! When asked if we could please get an off-the-shelf product, which would be a quick bar code scan transaction, the reply was, "No, we don't feel like it. We want to close early." When asked WTF? The reply was "We just don't feel like working anymore tonight." MISERABLE!!!!! / ¡Qué verguenza! * * * TIP * * * CLOSED SUNDAYS. * * * TIP * * * Get a plan from Orange instead. Much more friendly employees who actually do their job.
