Don't know how folks can visit Europe without getting a SIM card. Learned my lesson the hard way last time in Europe and had huuuge bills from Verizon for using a teensy bit of data. This shop is centrally located on Calle Tetuán and isn't far from its competitor Vodafone. You push a button when you go in on the service kiosk and then wait for it to show up. Orange had the best data deal so I went with them. English is limited with the sales people here but with my basic Spanish I didn't have any issues. 15€ later I had data for the rest of my trip here in Spain. Great deal! read more

Orange solved my problem while in Spain. And Carmen R. at this location in Seville was extremely kind, helpful, and thorough in making sure that the SIM card she sold me would work in a different carrier's device before I left the store. Avoid!!!!!! If i could give this negative stars i would. I received the MOST unpleasant and rude service here from an employee named Roberto Romero. Not only did he yell at me when he grabbed me the wrong package when i originally asked for the smallest package which the orange in madrid helped me find previously. He also seemed uninterested and unwilling to help me. He threw me my sim card after i purchased and did not help me set it up. I had to ask another employee who did not speak english to help me set it up. The non english speaking employee was more helpful than roberto romero. This was the worst customer service i have received in all of Europe. I will be sure to tell my friends and family to not use Orange's services ever again. Avoid this store and in particular roberto romero. He was the rudest person i have ever met and should not be in customer service.
