I met Kate and Charlotte a couple weeks before I left so they could be introduced to my kitties. They were great with my cats. I could relax on vacation knowing they were in good hands. When I returned I could tell my cats were well taken care of and happy. Charlotte provided me with a daily journal of her visit with the kitties which was nice to read when I got home. She took out my garbage and checked my mail too. I recommend them highly. WIth my next vacation, I will be contacting Animals First!

One loves to play and she lets me know in the evening, after Bill has stayed here, when it is playtime. Bill leaves a journal of the daily events and antics of the kitties as well. If I want, he even sends photos of them!He has to pill one cat and he even does that well. He brings in the mail and packages. He Is always very conscientious of checking in with me before I leave to see if there are any changes to their routine. He came out the first time I went away to get an idea of what their home was like and where things were kept. I will continue to use Kate's Animal First as I have a deep trust in them. You could not ask for better!! Thank you Bill and Kate!

Rhi has been a second mother to my pup since he was about 5 months old…read more He is a high energy dog that mere daily walks or even weekend hikes was not going to satisfy by a long shot. Getting him out to the park and into the water on a regular basis has allowed me to rest assured that he is getting the activity and socialization a large active dog needs when they are young. On a human note, Rhi has been generous and flexible and worked around our crazy schedules to explicitly make our lives easier in times when we needed care as much as our animals did. Overall a fantastic experience working with her and I think that everyone should entrust her with their pooches care. For both their dog's sake and their own.

From what I have seen, they are a lot more personal and loving to their clients' pets than a lot of the other companies tend to be. What's more is they are priced very competitively. If you are looking for someone to take your dog to the park on a regular or semi-regular basis and/or you need boarding for your dog while you are out of town, or you need someone to take care of your cat while you are away, I would SERIOUSLY recommend SIRIUS Pet Care. I mean, the name alone is brilliant... (The Dog Star is called Sirius, right...? Brilliant.)

She's very organized and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Colleen and Menagerie Pet Sitting, and would definitely hire them again.

Mel offered to take him in no questions asked, and make sure he didn't get into (too much) trouble. The resort itself is great, so much room to run around and rest (but mostly run around). Mel put as much love and care into creating the resort that she does into taking care of her pups! She kept in touch with us regularly, sharing pictures, and giving updates. We could tell he was having such a great time! Rates are also super reasonable for the VIP service our pup gets, with a discount for longer stays. We live in Kirkland and while it was a trek down to Rosedale, it was so worth it for our lil dude to have the time of his life! (and he slept for a full week after we picked him up lol) Thanks so much to Mel and team for the paw-some time ar camp!
