I ordered two new tyres for my VW Golf Mk1. Muna (owner) undertook the below with care and professionalism: * switched my front tyres to the rear * sandblasted the old rear rims as they had rust, to remove said rust * bead sealed them * balanced the wheels * put the new tyres on the front. All of the above was done in a genuinely friendly manner. Muna talked me through what he was doing at each stage in easy to understand terms which helped me to comprehend. He also provided advice on a number of other matters. I was talking to Muna throughout as he had lots of tips and advice. AMS Motors is a family business (three generations) that has been operating for over 40 years. Even though I got there at 9am, I witnessed a lot of repeat customers coming in which demonstrates the trust, brand loyalty and experience they have built up. I found this a refreshing experience and would highly recommend AMS Motors.

This woman shoots from the hip...she makes comments to staff on site which are very confrontation and are usually very impulsive in nature. Rather than communicating her message in a caring way in order to enlighten the receiver of the feedback/criticism she comes across as angry and arrogant as if she has some kind of moral or intellectual superiority over them...This is a very unwise path to tread. I believe she has limited vision when it comes to understanding People and how to encourage and empower them for the good of the Business. She is well within her right to comment and give feedback to members of staff but she needs to do it with a bit more control and humility. As it stands if she continues on this course she will only make employees less productive but also resentful, which will lead to poor productivity and higher than average staff turnover. I speak from a position as having a successful career in Management at DSG International, G4S and Muller and also having a Degree in Psychology. Best Regards Kevin Prendergast. P.s.
