I have had nothing but cooperation and happy feelings from my insurance agent, and I don't think…read morethat's a sentence that a lot of people get to say! I had a tumultuous car beginning in North Carolina. Long story short, I had three days before I began my new job here to lease a car. In NC, you can't have an uninsured car. You also can't get insurance for your car without an NC driver's license. This put me in a serious bind, as I had moved from out of state and didn't have a license when I went to go get my insurance. Josh was really great about all of this, starting my paperwork anyway while I ran around to get everything in order. And everything worked out totally fine--the process was much smoother in the end because of his cooperation. But it gets better! On my birthday, I was eligible for a lower insurance rate. Without me having to say boo, Josh emailed me and let me know that he had found a different insurance company with a much lower rate for me, and all I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork. It was a SIGNIFICANT discount. I even got to re-set up my direct deposit right there! As the very large cherry on top of the ice cream, I (inadvertently, so it was an even better surprise) referred someone to come to them for insurance. A bit later, I got a $5 Starbucks gift card in the mail as a thank you. A bit later than THAT... I got a $50 Target card in the mail for winning a separate drawing you get entered into as a result of that! Holy crap! Giant hats off to Josh and the rest of his family (yes, the business is family-owned, too). I never thought I would have active positive feelings toward any company containing the word "insurance."

I had a different agent (new acquaintance) run a quote, just to compare. I decided to go with the other company as the policy was a little better and less expensive. I emailed Josh to let him know, and things got awkward quickly! tl;dr If you get a quote from Josh, you'd better go with him or his feelings will get hurt (see email)! He stopped replying to me, by the way.

Thank you, Alex, for your unwavering help, patience, and superior service!…read more We moved to the Cary, NC area about three years ago, and we got in touch with Alex through a recommendation during our home purchase. The process was a bit of a disaster due to other circumstances, but Alex was calm, professional, and helpful throughout. He helped us immensely, sometimes daily. He helped us to stay calm, look at all of the options, and to provide us with non-biased opinions. During our three years with Alex and his team, we experienced a level of support that is unprecedented. Alex drove over 40 minutes to come to our home following renovations and new windows to be sure that our home insurance was still relevant... oh.. and on a Saturday, when he could have been with this family. He was patient throughout our multitude of questions, and he always had a smile. Additionally, when we had a bit of a driveway accident, a last minute question on a rental car, or a large surprise jewelry purchase, Alex was 100% available - picking up the phone or answering a text with a solution or knowledge of our policy. We are now moving to Texas and will sincerely miss Alex and his team. They were more than an insurance company. They were our friends and a group of people which we always felt that we could trust. Again, thank you Alex.
