The floor they installed has huge gaps and they attempted to cover it up with some putty stuff Instead of properly repairing it. 10/10 would not recommend. The sales person Shirley is the absolute worst. She said the flooring looks fine and it's going to have gaps because it's a "natural product" and that i "shouldn't be on my hands and knees inspecting it" they have in no way shape or form tried to correct this issue, hence my horrible review. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for flooring.

She was able to assist us in picking out the right carpet and the right color. When one starts looking at colors of carpet, the selection process can become impossible. This one has green tones, this one has blue tones, etc. She has an amazing eye and hit the mark perfectly. We absolutely LOVE our carpet and wish we had replaced it sooner. The installers were Yasser and his team and they also were extremely professional and very good at their job. We have some heavy furniture and we were a little nervous about it being moved, but we had nothing to worry about. They did a remarkable job of moving the furniture in each room, taking out the old carpet, putting down the new and then putting the furniture back in its proper place. Absolutely amazing. This was a daunting project which Modern Flooring handled beautifully and we are so happy with the results.

On the first day they were at my home all morning tearing up tile. By 2:00 they left without a goodbye or notifying me of anything so I proceeded to go to the grocery store and go about my day. The next morning they were quite rude to me explaining that they had returned while I was out and very upset that I hadn't left the house unlocked for them. I explained that I thought they were done for the day and gave them my phone number so that they could contact me when they were on their way and when they were leaving. Over the next several days they continued to be rude by not notifying me that they were going to be more than an hour late. Great end product but I'm so glad that this whole stressful ordeal is over!

We were able to schedule an appointment on relatively short notice, which was huge for me. He was respectful, on time, and attentive to any additional spot cleaning needed after cleaning the ducts. He also was observant of items (computers, etc.) and made sure to cover & protect them before cleaning. That was a big deal to me and it really shows his attention to detail & professionalism. He also gave me his evaluation of how dirty the ductwork was and his opinion on needing to evaluate whether there may be an issue with leaky ducts, etc. Again, I appreciated that, I am not an expert in ductwork or HVAC, so I rely on the opinions on those in the field to make an informed decision. He also accepted credit card at time of payment, which I appreciated. Based on my experience, I would use Mr. Pittman again for ductwork cleaning & I would recommend his services to someone else if they needed it. Additionally, I believe it is worth disclosing that he did not ask that I leave a review like many service providers do, I made this review because my experience with his services was worth noting in a review.
