Designer stores are not plentiful in Chiswick for men and this is one of two that I know of. If…read moreyou are into smart casual clothes they have a good selection of brands offering t-shirts, shoes, trainers, jeans, sweat shirts etc and also have a small part at the back of the ship for Suits, shirts and ties etc. Brands include Polo, Armani, UCLA, D&G, G-star etc and they are priced at typical designed prices (i.e. quite expensive) - You will shop cheaper elsewhere but you may find something here that is a little bit different. Never mad busy, good service and a well laid out store. Check out the website for more details of the stock and brands that they carry. There is also another store nearby selling designer so you can also pop in there and see if anything floats you boat.

I saw a decent looking black carryall bag here. What is distinctive about this store is it's complete lack of an identity. Not essentially bad, but a poseur.

They, however gave me £1 change for the difference, breaking their rule of giving back money and only offering credit notes. After one day the zip was breaking apart and the strap i discover could not take much weight at all! I went back to exchange for another since they don't give refunds. I was treated nice at first, but when i changed my mind a few times, I definitely felt unwelcome. All in all, i ended up with a £1 credit note i didn't want and when i said that i received £1 back the last time, they dismissed it and said it was a once off. Adding that they rarely give money back and that it was up to the manager. A policy is a policy it shouldn't change!!! Another assistant coldly stated how she didn't get money back at another shop and that most shops do that! But do most shops change their policy, one day and not the next? I think not. I also felt their pricing is intentionally done so you never get a complete exchange, be it £1, £5, £10 or more. I left with disappointment over a product that was poorly made and a credit voucher of £1 which i'm not going to use as this experience completely put me off. It was the way i was treated and no customer should ever have to feel bad when they exit a shop.
It's strange - the older I get, the more I rely on Topshop. I just can't get enough! In the last…read moretwo months I have got a Topshop store card, and a Topman store card. I pop in every week to see what is new, and even though I DO NOT need any more clothes, I seem to always find something here that makes me think that this is just simply the best, most practical purchase ever, and if I wear if every day then it won't matter about the cost, right? Er, is there a Topshop AA meeting that I can attend? Topshop Kingston is my local, but unless I pick my times very wisely, it is very busy, and you have to wait ages to get into the small changing rooms. It is also always packed with school kids - during school time no less! I can only imagine that schools now have a 'Topshop hour' which is the modern day version of the field trips that we used to go on at school. Back to Richmond - I didn't see any school kids; I practically had the shop to myself. I dove into the dressing rooms with armfuls of clothes, and was pleased to say that each changing room gives you a lot more space than Kingston. This branch is a little bit smaller than Kingston, and of course, a lot smaller than the mothership on Oxford Circus. Don't expect to get all the range here, but do hunt towards the back of the rails - different lines of clothes share the same rails to optimise the amount of stock on show. It goes without saying that I left with some clothes, what can I say? Right now Topshop is at the head of the game, and I will continue to shop here for as long as my bank account can stand it!
Good shop and selection overall, very affordable I must add…read more The rating suddenly went down as this young salesman/wanker stormed into the changing room without even asking if someone was in. Pay some respect to your customers and take your cap off young man! I'm sure going to think twice before using these changing rooms again. Sad.
