They did, however, give me the option of a sprinkler system and sod which I chose to do. The sprinkler system works wonderfully, but when the sod started to grow in mid march it was all weeds. I have reached out to the warranty team repeatedly and they have yet to do any real damage control on my yard. I'm stuck with weeds and they send their "sod guy" to spray it with no avail. I paid for sod to have a nice yard. My surrounding neighbors had their sod done by others and have beautiful yards. In my opinion have your yard done by anybody but betenbough!!!
