Having met the two pleasant young men who run the company at their workplace, it was agreed that I should trade in for a refurbished iphone 5. I went home happy with my new phone. Within 2 days it had stopped working. I drove back to Alford to hand it in for repair. Within an hour of picking it up, it had stopped working again. A catalogue of customer service failures followed (no replacement, repeatedly failure of promised phone calls) and as yet, no promised refund. I strongly suggest you avoid this highly unreliable company.
