Big. Thanks to Steve @ A.Com Technical solutions for repairing my lap top and my desk top for me once again. I no longer live in Scunthorpe but after Steve sorting out all my computer problems, I would think in excess of 15 years now I don't trust anyone else.
My lap top went in to the workshop but my desk top was fixed remotely.
