Dreadful. Having broken the screen of my iphone 4, I found this local company on-line which carry out repairs. Having met the two pleasant young men who run the company at their workplace, it was agreed that I should trade in for a refurbished iphone 5. I went home happy with my new phone. Within 2 days it had stopped working. I drove back to Alford to hand it in for repair. Within an hour of picking it up, it had stopped working again. A catalogue of customer service failures followed (no replacement, repeatedly failure of promised phone calls) and as yet, no promised refund. I strongly suggest you avoid this highly unreliable company. read more

He came and diagnosed a problem with our hob but despite saying he would get the parts he never got back to us. We have rung and rung and left messages, but we have no hob, and the money we spent on his first visit is now wasted as we will have to find someone reliable to do it again. A pleasant young man, but a waste of time and money. Don't risk it.
