There is a very positive vibe which excudes from everyone at the salon from the front desk to the actual process of having my hair done by Zoe. That took away all my excitement from the haircut... I'm not a fan of these types of signs, they give you a false sense of something to look forward to. My stylist was Nicole. I really liked her, she talked me through the haircut and was very friendly. We decided to keep my hair long with layers. Even though this is what we decided on, I feel as though there is something left to be desired. I'm not sure what. My hair feels lighter and shinier, but it looks the same?

There's free parking located next to the building, so it's easy to access and hassle-free. You pull up and just walk in the door. Once inside, the vibe is friendly, serene and relaxing. The owners, Josephine and Roseanne, are super friendly and talented. The hair care services are beyond excellent. Josephine is a gifted stylist and a truly fabulous colorist. I won't trust my medium length blond locks to anyone else. My hair looks beautiful and healthy, and I always receive compliments on it. Roseanne is a wonderful nail technician and her pedicures are great, too. The pedicure room is private, with two chairs. The only downside is that Salon Euphoria doesn't take credit or debit cards, but checks are OK and of course, cash is always welcome. Our entire family has been going to Salon Euphoria for years. I even continued going there when I moved out of the area for a couple of years. Salon Euphoria was worth driving 70 miles RT for.

I had a traumatic experience that was not helped by the attitude of the stylists. I initially tried…read moreto make an appointment with Ashley, who is well-reviewed. She didn't have time until January, so I specifically asked when making the appointment if another stylist, Serenity, was experienced in highlighting medium brown hair with gray to blend it in. I was assured she was and made the appointment. At the salon, the first thing Serenity did was to ask Ashley whether she should apply bleach to the full strands of hair, or only to the new growth. Even I know that pulling it through the lengths would lead to melting/breaking the hair. Obviously, Ashley told her not to do that. While the solution was on my hair, Ashley informed me that Serenity had been trained at Balmain, which was somewhat reassuring, though it appears to have been misleading, at least with respect to foils. The foils were placed, but were then removed too soon, resulting in an orange tint to the requested blond highlights on the sides. Serenity then asked Ashley if she agreed with me that it was wrong on the sides. Ashley did agree, and said the solution was to dry the sides and apply low light (brown) foils to blend it better. Ashley herself did the "repair," but this did not solve the problem. Instead, it resulted in a brown copper color that stands out in the most unflattering way to the rest of the highlighted hair. When I returned home, I realized that not only was the highlighting absolutely wrong on the sides, but it's utterly wrong in the back, with more than 2 inches of brown hair above where the foil even started. Now I cannot even wear my hair up until it's fixed. There is NO excuse for this improper hair treatment. I've never had such a bad time at a salon...ever! Furthermore, you don't tell a client that she isn't seeing what she's clearly seeing.Serenity is clearly not experienced in this area and I should not have been assured she was. If I could give zero stars, this experience certainly warranted it.

You're greeted by nice, professional staff and they offer you something to drink or to hang your coat for you. I have always been seen in a timely manner.
