I brought my son in (5 years old) for his first ever "salon" haircut I was told on the phone by the owner that the cost would be $12. I arrive early and very excited! The stylist was very rushed and used clippers after I'd asked for a scissor cut. My son has super thick and curly(ish) hair. His hair was WAS amazing!!! She zipped through the cut and it was horrendous. (I will add pictures) I cried. She was uninterested... she just kept going Then charged me $15... $3 more than I was told Once I was home and realized how bad the cut truly was (lopsided, uneven, undone, missed pieces, shaved/clippers on one side all the way up to the top of his head while the other side the ength was to his ear) I emailed the owner. She apologized and offered for me to come in the following night and she would attempt to fix it. Well I made the decision to have another stylist correct it (one that I knew and trusted) I apologized for not having gotten in contact with her sooner and explained our day (doctor for strep and corrective cut with someone else) and apologized. See, I didn't feel comfortable going back into the salon that had just WRECKED my sons hair!! I did send her pictures of the corrective cut, showing her from the stylist just how bad, and uneven his hair had been left. How bad of a haircut I'd paid for. Her response was "our salon is not a good fit for your family" AS IF WE HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! And she refuses to refund me... so I've essentially paid for this cut twice! My stylist was very nice, and my hair does feel healthier. However, I paid $294 (which is including tip) and I feel like for that much my hair should've been blonde. Yes I have long hair and I understand it is more work for the stylist. She let me know her prices start out at $225 for lighting and can go up I said that's fine because I figure I would get blonde. The salon was nice but I don't know if I will be going back :(. read more

My hair was terrible before my appointment, like a splotchy bleached failed mess.. Hillary took my failed diy and turned it into a beautiful rich brown. She's honestly a miracle worker. Everyone was very friendly there too; the salon has a great environment. And, they were very good about following Covid guidelines and wearing masks. I don't think I could have had a better experience, especially for the price. I would recommend Tease to anybody! read more

I hate to write a bad review because my stylist was super sweet, but my hair was awful and the price was insane!!! I called ahead and told them I wanted a simple sock bun. So they put me down in the computer as an updo, which costs $45. The entire time she was doing my hair she kept talking about how usually updos are a bunch of curls and then each curl has to be pinned stand by strand, how updos are never this easy and she will have so much time since it was so simple. Again, I asked for a simple, sleek sock bun. When she got done I looked like a cone head! She had the front of my hair poofed up blending into my bun. No joke, I looked like part of the cast of that bad 90's movie. I had to go home and pin that sh-- down! I am giving them 2stars because they were able to get me in with just a couple days notice (that should have been my tell tale sign lol) and they took my husband in as a walk in that day and it was fine but how hard is man's hair cut. And like I said the girl was really sweet so I'm not mentioning any names, but beware! You might pay $50 after tipping to look like you were Dan Akroyd's co-star in Coneheads. read more
