I started with her at one salon before she moved to another salon. Not too long ago she opened her own salon! Welcome to the Jude Jett Salon! I greatly look forward to a wash and cut/trim every month! This salon has just recently started to grow with adding more space and more stylists. Unlike other salons, the chairs are spaced out here. It never feels crowded and you can take comfort in knowing that not everyone is listening to your gossip and stories. Of course I've experienced my haircuts every month for the past nine years, but I've also had the chance to see JJ cut/style other people's hair (women and men). She always does a spectacular job! If my hair was long enough, I could easily follow one of her other clients by saying, "I'll have what she's having!" One of the standouts for me is how you can tell that JJ really loves what she's doing. She practically dances around you as she cuts your hair and she always provides great conversation. You don't get that at some salons. So what are you waiting for? Call JJ and schedule an appointment. Don't forget to tell her that I sent you!

I booked the Khyla experience here with stylist Khyla for my 12 year old daughter. The place was…read moreeasy to find and I found all the stylists to be very friendly throughout my time there, and I appreciated the playlist coming through the speakers. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed having Khyla do her hair. We first went in expecting a curly cut but then switched over to a silk press (what my daughter originally asked me to do). Khyla led us into discussion about the pros and cons about each and together as a team we made the decision to go with the silk press. My daughter appreciated her tender touch while detangling, and her concern for temperature at the shampoo bowl. Bless her heart I don't think she or I estimated the amount of time it would take with my daughters thick hair. Four hours later my daughter walked out all smiles and satisfaction. She ended up needing inches cut off her hair due to breakage but Khyla gave an in depth explanation why and took her time to only cut what was needed. My daughter appreciated the warmth shown by Khyla, the conversation, and the soft feel of her hair. We are looking forward to a healthy journey of hair care and highly recommend Khyla for future services.

Two and a half hours later before stylist was finishing. No complaints on the color b/c I know it takes a few visits to get the color right. I requested just a trim in the style that I have worn for the past 3 years and love. Not sure what type of cut she was working on but end result requires repair to uneven sides and hair in the back hanging down. Have tried to reach the salon and phone is not answered and VM full. The first photo is what I asked for. The second is what I actually left with. When I called to discuss it, I was told, "We're not the salon for you," instead of being offered a solution. I asked to speak with the owner, who immediately said he didn't care to see the photos and doesn't give refunds. He was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in making the situation right. A salon's true character shows when something doesn't go as planned. Instead of standing behind their work, they dismissed me as a customer. I wasted my time, my money, and now have to pay another salon to correct their work. Hopefully this review saves someone else the time, money, and disappointment that I experienced.
