The forecourt is full of cars and there is a pressure washing unit in one corner to clean everything that goes in and out. To the right is their reception. This is where you book a car. The staff are helpful as they take a few details from you and add it to their pc's. After this has been done you can almost choose what vehicle you drive away with. Cars are always in great condition and drive really well. Definetaly worth goin to to rent a car.

I never knew this company was in Peterborough as it's on the Padholme Industrial area, next to the petrol station, but I'm so glad I found it as they were so helpful and offered recommendations around my limited van knowledge and my requirements. Having never driven a van before I was nervous but they put my mind at rest and ensured I understood all the controls etc before driving away. I shall be using them again.

As an American, I really appreciated the extra help and care. The manager was also extremely helpful when I returned the car. Overall, the service was far better than I normally receive when I rent a car in the U.S. I will rent from Enterprise/Alamo again next time I'm in Cambridge.

The premises are nothing special, but as you don't have to wait long to arrange and pick up your rental the deficiencies in interior decoration are not a serious deficit. The company offers a variety of cars and vans for rent with very reasonable rates for both. There is a specially attractive weekend package, which proved extremely cost effective for us as a couple when househunting or visiting relatives, until we bought our own car. The cars are always spotless, have a low mileage and I have never encountered a problem with any of them, though, just in case, breakdown cover is included in the rental price. They are thoroughly inspected for nicks before and after the rental. For an extra charge it is possible to substantially reduce the excess charged in case of a repair. The branch's opening hours are convenient for drop off and pick up before or after office hours, they are also open on Sat mornings. The staff are young, enthusiastic and perfectly polite.

Spent 8 years in Lincolnshire and found most companies are at best poor, and at worst abysmal…read more Lazy, couldn't give a damn and grossly incompetent workforce when working on cars etc. I came from down south where you can still get decent grafters. Enterprise are a shining beacon in a poor business world in Lincs. Needed LWB van for a few hours. Contacted 7 companies...2 never even replied and none had prices on their websites, and when contacted it was easy to see why...silly quotes of up to £85 and no part days and couldn't give a stuff attitudes. Enterprises national website was slick and nothing was hidden and only £37 from 10 till 6pm. I duly booked a van online for 10am collection. Contacted the spalding branch first to confirm. Lovely young lady answered and said she had just seen confirmation coming through as we speak....but they didn't have the van!! however she said there was one in Lincoln (about an hour away) branch and they would send someone up to get it and it will be here at 12:30 (I called at 9am) I said that was no good. She said they have a standard van here. I asked will it be cheaper, she said £30 all in. Nice one. Went to collect and the guys on reception certainly knew their stuff. Smart, professional and actually gave a damn about the customer. It was a real pleasure from start to finish. I added another driver later over the phone, £10 and no hassle at all. 8 years up here and I had given up any hope of ever finding a decent honest company again. I can honestly say Enterprise are a great old school manners and professionalism company with slick modern technology and the best prices in Lincs. Well done guys and thank you.
