Spent 8 years in Lincolnshire and found most companies are at best poor, and at worst abysmal. Lazy, couldn't give a damn and grossly incompetent workforce when working on cars etc. I came from down south where you can still get decent grafters.
Enterprise are a shining beacon in a poor business world in Lincs. Needed LWB van for a few hours. Contacted 7 companies...2 never even replied and none had prices on their websites, and when contacted it was easy to see why...silly quotes of up to £85 and no part days and couldn't give a stuff attitudes. Enterprises national website was slick and nothing was hidden and only £37 from 10 till 6pm. I duly booked a van online for 10am collection. Contacted the spalding branch first to confirm. Lovely young lady answered and said she had just seen confirmation coming through as we speak....but they didn't have the van!! however she said there was one in Lincoln (about an hour away) branch and they would send someone up to get it and it will be here at 12:30 (I called at 9am) I said that was no good. She said they have a standard van here. I asked will it be cheaper, she said £30 all in. Nice one. Went to collect and the guys on reception certainly knew their stuff. Smart, professional and actually gave a damn about the customer. It was a real pleasure from start to finish. I added another driver later over the phone, £10 and no hassle at all. 8 years up here and I had given up any hope of ever finding a decent honest company again. I can honestly say Enterprise are a great old school manners and professionalism company with slick modern technology and the best prices in Lincs. Well done guys and thank you. read more
