The rental prices for the weekend are absolutely amazing... considering it will cost me more to fill up the car with gas than it does to rent it! The customer service is great, the staff are always so accommodating and friendly. Not only will they pick you up, but they will also take you back when you return the car (they don't do this in the states)! So why only 4 stars? The selection of automatic cars is practically non-existent. The office seems very understaffed for the amount of business they do, which in turn means that it takes much longer to get your car. However, in anticipation of this and trying to get on the road on time, I asked to be picked up as soon as their office opened, and they said that they wouldn't be able to pick me up until 10 a.m.! Also their location, while it is easy to spot, trying to get in to their parking lot is a bit tricky and tight. And in trying to return the car, you have to go when their office is open, unlike locations in the states where you can drop off the car and put the keys into a secure drop box. However, despite that, I still rent from them because overall, they still have the best prices and they have great customer service. read more
