We started working with him last year and waited for this unit until April 2017. In March, he sends us an email saying we can't occupy it because he sold it. To add insult to injury, after I signed the lease, his partner accidentally cc'd me on an email saying he shouldn't sign it because they may get lucky and sell it. I wrote back asking if I should look elsewhere because I'm paying for hotels and don't want to wait and get screwed. He sent me the countersigned lease back and said not to worry, they were going to lease it to me. Then, he screwed me. Glenn Duff obviously graduated from Trump University. I recommend not walking away from him, but running.

I ended up going with one of the big banks, as it was a considerably better rate and package. These guys have gone downhill since they started, it seems.
