Don't walk, run to Trevor if you want to buy or sell a home!…read more Trevor is by far the best realtor out there. I sold my home and bought my new home with him. He sold my home in 17 hours, that must be some kind of record! He did multiple walk throughs of my property and told exactly what I needed to do to make my home look show home ready and he was right!! He even helped the buyers realtor do their job. He is an absolute professional and unbelievably knowledgeable on everything property and real estate related. He provided context I didn't even think I would need, like future development plans for the area surrounding the properties I was looking at. He had all my titles, covenants, historic sale information, etc., on hand. He was so thoughtful and truly cared about what I was looking for. I never once felt like my time was wasted. Not a single house I was shown, I wouldn't have bought. It was actually really challenging to narrow down the list. He ensured we have plan a, b, c, all ready to he. We also got into a bidding war for the home we wanted, and he was unbelievably on top of things and we won the bid against multiple buyers, and it wasn't because we did anything more/special, I even had a condition of sale on my property. It was because he had relationships with the sellers realtor and Trevor trusted us, and that realtor trusted Trevor. Trevor was also so very honest. I trusted him completely. He would tell me if the sellers realtor was possibly hiding something about the property and would dig to make sure my interests were protected. He knew every detail of every home and neighborhood we looked it, and the likelihood was that he was the selling realtor for when the property was constructed and sold. And so we are clear...I never met Trevor before, he was not referred to me. I googled local realtors in Maple Ridge, looked at reviews and homes each were selling, and after calling/emailing multiple to book home viewings, I got lucky. Really really lucky! And he is not just a subject matter expert in Maple Ridge, he sold my home in Surrey BC in 17 hours, in a buyers market. I couldn't say enough glowing things about him. We will use Trevor every single time, he is not just a realtor, he is family now.

You know those commercials that stress the importance of needing a realtor, especially if you're…read morebuying a home for the first time? My situation easily could have been put into one of those commercials and Elliot would be the hero realtor in the commercial that saved the day. The time finally came where I was ready to spend my hard earned savings on a home of my own. I started looking at places online but had no idea where to begin. That's where Elliot came in. As soon as I told him what I was looking for, and in what area, he began sending me listings in my price range. I couldn't believe it: of the first three listings he sent me, I knew I found my dream home. It was love at first sight. Elliot immediately booked a viewing for me and my fiancé. He booked us viewings for all the other listings we were interested in too. So the search began. After going to all these viewings, I still had my heart set on the one I fell in love with. It was time to put in an offer. We told Elliot how low we wanted to go and he respected our wishes. When the seller countered, we came back with another low offer. Elliot listened to our requests to still go lower. He let us know of the risks of going too low (that we could lose the place) but still countered, giving the seller reasons to take our lower offer. His persistence paid off and the seller agreed! Our experience wasn't over then though. We had issues with strata fees that were supposed to be included in the cost, mailbox keys that had gone missing, property taxes, etc. Elliot stood by us the whole time. He was quick to answer our texts, calls and emails no matter the time of day. He worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly, despite a lot of our issues not being part of his job. As stressful as our closing was, Elliot was always there for us and made sure that we were happy. Even after the closing, Elliot has still been there to answer further questions we've had. Thank you Elliot for helping us find our first home and for getting us through all of the hiccups. We couldn't be happier now and won't hesitate to have Elliot help us again when we're ready to upgrade.
