Then I found Physical Fusion!! They have a good space and you can come and train in their weights section or you can take their classes. They have HIIT classes, boxing, suspension training, women's weight lifting and real world self defense classes. Todd teaches the women's weight lifting and is very positive and will help you not only correct your form but explain to you why that correction will help prevent injury. Alisyn teaches suspension training and boxing and she always keeps the classes fresh so your body never gets used to doing the same old thing. I recommend this place to anyone who is serious about working out and isn't looking for a quick fix trend.

There is a great atmosphere of encouragement and support. You will make friends and enjoy coming to the gym but won't feel that cult like feeling you hear about at a cross fit gym. I have been going to this gym for 3 years now I am always mindful and considerate of others when I…read morework out I have my gym bag with me just a normal side gym bag, I had my gym bag next to me on the floor as I workout, my bag wasn't in the why of anyone it wasn't causing a trip hazard for no one, the male assistance manager came up to me while I am working out and told me that I couldn't have my gym bag on the floor but I am at this gym almost everyday and I see plenty of peoples with there gym bag with them. I told the manager not to single me out about my gym bag if he wasn't going to be far and let everyone who comes in that gym know they can't have their gym bag on the floor next to them as she/he work out. I watch this Manager see other individuals with gym bags put their gym bag on the floor and he didn't say anything They can watch the cameras as well!!!! No other employee says anything about a gym bag but him his name is (Luke) from the Villa Park, IL location. Then he came up to me a second time stood by me while I worked out talking to me about my gym bag then my boyfriend had to get involved because he was harassing me February 19th 2026 this happened. There was barely anyone in there at this time working out so why are u bothering me? Then Yesterday I went to the gym March 1st 2026 I am on the Smith machine he comes over to me again harassing me about having my bag next to me. He came up to me and stated I quote I am not trying to get into it with you today but he constantly bothering me about my gym bag so I picked my bag up and set it on the bench that I was using then he told me I can't put it on the beach either, I told Luke you just said not the floor then he stated Oh everything is considered the gym Floor So I started video recording what he was saying to me because at this point you are harassing me and being racist towards me. Then I asked him I can't have my gym bag next to me but Planet Fitness allows individuals to have their coats & jackets on the workout machine while they are working out he told me YES. I invited a friend to this Life Time Fitness location expecting a high-end experience, but…read moreunfortunately it turned into a very disappointing situation. His belongings were stolen from the men's locker room, and we immediately filed a police report. After over a month of no communication, management finally reached out saying they "might" have a suspect. About a week later, we were told the bag had suddenly reappeared in the locker room after a nightly check--which raises serious concerns. When we retrieved the items, cash ($300) and a YSL cologne were missing. There are too many inconsistencies, and the situation feels poorly handled and unprofessional. What's more concerning is the lack of accountability--calls to the GM have gone unanswered, and no effort has been made to offer compensation or reassurance. For a facility that markets itself as luxury, this experience fell far below expectations. I've also since heard of similar incidents happening in the men's locker room, which is alarming.

I've been a member since March and I've done over 90 classes. I get up early in the morning before work and get to class at 6:30 or 7:00 and then I head home to work (from home). Who is this person I've become? Pilates is part of my routine now and I am so proud of myself. I've done 90% of my classes with Dania and I adore her! Please her back M/W/F mornings!!

It is like personal training, at least I have never seen anyone there, and the owner Mark is ALWAYS there to say hello to. Everyone is so nice there, and they always say "Good Morning Shelby" and I scream it with them once a while and then we all laugh and then it is time to really WORK. They push you to more than you think you can do. You just trust them and go with the flow. They are trying to make you the best you can be. I have timed it so that when I run there I am out front waiting for them. They a maybe a mile away so I run there in maybe idk 5-7 minutes. Combined with yoga (weight of my body work when on the floor), running there and back ane muscular and weight work here, and my running, I am 54 and the best shape of my life (I was in the best shape for many seafront when I was 6 up until I went to college, but that is a whole other story).
