The office where papers were signed had old vinyl flooring literally coming up. Almost couldn't want anywhere without tripping. The process was very old school and slow and took almost 24 hrs after signing to receive a wire transfer for the funds. Not only this but it took an extra week to close because the title company completely disregarded any update emails from our mortgage company. Not only over looked it once, but twice. They were short 3900$ Ben, the horrendous lawyer on staff, then threatened lawsuits against me through text message for HIS MISTAKE. Not one apology from his end. So rude, over the top and dramatic. He was the entire reason this process was horrible. Would highly recommend any other title company besides this one. Kept the text messages for record purposes.
