My deposit had already been submitted and referenced, yet Paola continued acting in bad faith after I pointed out that the arbitration contract had been falsified by the defendants. Despite clear evidence of tampering, they turned a blind eye to this serious misconduct. **Falsified Documents & Mismanagement**: The arbitration process was a farce from the beginning.
