I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this law firm. After I was rear-ended, they…read moreagreed to take my case and led me to believe they would represent me. Then, about a month later, they suddenly decided to drop the case. During that entire time, I received little to no communication. No one checked on me, provided updates, or made me feel like my case was being handled. I also serve in the military, and I expected better communication, professionalism, and respect for my time. If they did not believe my case was worth taking, they should have been honest from the beginning instead of wasting an entire month. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm. Next time, I will definitely choose a veteran-focused attorney who understands the importance of communication and standing behind their clients.
