The employee near by said that she could offer me the bat at a discount since there were no others available in the store. She asked her manager. This manager, Brandon, had zero customer service skills. He never said hello to me, didn't make eye contact. He said, "nope you can't buy that because it's probably available online" If this is Dick's policy, okay. It's a stupid one. I may have said, barely above a whisper, "that's bulls**t and you know it." Then he stepped up to my face and began berating me about my parenting skills. What?!? We then went to a nearby dick's and they at least 20 of that bat. (Would have been nice to be told this by instead of "it's probably online") ive worked retail - when you are out of inventory, you can buy the floor model. Further, they had at least 50 youth bats n the cage (all with prices, barcodes, etc) and, get this, 4 youth bats in stock. The policy aside, the rudeness was completely unacceptable. (Btw - here is a picture of the number of bats, same type, at a store 2 miles away.

The building was a bit hard to identify as I saw "billiards" before seeing Buckeye/Wolverine. It's located in an area down the road from more commercial stores. Definitely worth checking out.

We were very excited about the app/card game hybrid. However, the instructions were very confusing and the app was rarely used. The app was the best part of the game and we were very disappointed the developers didn't even consider including a tutorial/walkthrough in the app. I suppose there was a reason this was on clearance :(. This caused much unneeded stress in my family and a lot of tears. This may not be target's fault, but they were luring customers into buying this game by placing it on sale and probably making BIG PROFIT. Just got off of the Maumee River with Hunter, great experience! I opted for a shorter 2 hour trip…read morefor something of a refresher course. Hunter contacted me within a few days of making a deposit and kept in constant contact while waiting out the weather and my work schedule. We met at the selected time and place and after some brief conversation we headed to the river. River fishing is very new to me. We talked how how to wade safely especially on the slippery and muddy conditions and how to safely wade unfamiliar water. We got started by Hunter evaluating my rig then watched my casting offering tips and suggestions throughout. We discussed different methods from streamers to nymphing as well as how to fish riffles or not. All in all I feel I got a tremendous amount of info from an experienced angler that I could ask questions as they came up and not just a YouTube video. The best advice though was to get out and do it! I felt as if I was fishing with my brother! Thanks Hunter!
