In addition I made the mistake of referring a friend and he charged him for cleaning a fuel system that he never ever cleaned. Hus price is never less than $1,000. .

I consented to an oil change and asked the rep (nonmechanic) what the other terminology meant.... I left to get a second opinion. I AM SO HAPPY I WENT TO JUKES! They saved me probably $2,000, provided me education about the codes as how they related to my vehicle and provided future recommendations as how to keep my car in the best condition. I set up an appointment with him and he came out costing me approximately $500 for everything. Paid this individual, and found out that he wasn't able to fix something under my car and he would need to order it. I said ok and gave him another $100 plus money for his labor (never doing that again). It's been about 3 weeks since he was supposed to come back and fix the remaining item in my car. At first he said he wasn't feeling well so giving him the benefit of the doubt I kept waiting. Tried contacting him this week and asked him when is he coming back or giving me a refund for the $100 part. Haven't heard from him since so now I'm out $160 and my car still needs repairs.
