There is an auto body's part shop there currently there down the road from them. They do not do oil changes nor have they ever done oil changes. I think she got it mixed up with another place. I set up an appointment with him and he came out costing me approximately $500 for everything. Paid this individual, and found out that he wasn't able to fix something under my car and he would need to order it. I said ok and gave him another $100 plus money for his labor (never doing that again). It's been about 3 weeks since he was supposed to come back and fix the remaining item in my car. At first he said he wasn't feeling well so giving him the benefit of the doubt I kept waiting. Tried contacting him this week and asked him when is he coming back or giving me a refund for the $100 part. Haven't heard from him since so now I'm out $160 and my car still needs repairs. If you use his service just please use caution and hopefully he will respond to you and provide a service you pay him for.

1 STAR - AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more I trusted Seymour's Garage with my primary work truck for an engine rebuild that cost me $9,677.11. What followed has been one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a repair shop. Within weeks of picking up the truck, it began losing oil at an alarming rate. I had to return it, where they admitted an oil leak related to their rebuild--but still charged me for oil. The problem never stopped. The engine was clearly defective from the start. On December 17, the truck broke down again in Austin and had to be towed back to San Antonio. After another mechanic advised there was a serious internal engine failure, Seymour's took the truck back on December 19, repeatedly telling me for weeks that this was being handled under warranty and that I needed to "be patient." After months of assurances, I was suddenly told the warranty would not be honored and that I would need to buy a completely new engine. No explanation. No documentation. Just a reversal of everything they had told me. During my most recent phone call with Matthew, the situation turned outright hostile. He became aggressive, told me to "come and get your f**ing truck,"* and then hung up on me. At the same time, he threatened to leave my truck outside on the street, even though it is not operable and is still in their possession. As of today, they still have my truck. I set up an appointment for him to come out and get the rotors and brakes installed and he was on time and ready to go. He analyzed the front and back rotors and informed me the front rotors didn't need to be replaced but the back ones definitely needed it. I was very happy that he was upfront and honest with me about not having to change out the rotors . He was very meticulous about his work and did an outstanding job for a hell of a price. He also gave me a military discount which he didn't have to do. He also looked over the truck and advised what other things needed to be done. He wrote me up a quote advised me on which repair was most important to address. I'm very happy with the results and effort he put into his work.
