My husband I had been using Zillow to scope out our new home. After going to an open house, we scheduled a last-minute tour at a nearby home through the Zillow app. Shannon Dudnick graciously arrived on short notice in bad weather to help us view the home. Though we have several friends who are real estate agents and had been through several open houses with very nice, capable agents, we really hit it off with Shannon. Shannon takes the cake when it comes to buying & selling homes! She was referred to us by close friends and we have never been happier with a realtor! Shannon and her assistants did a truly amazing job in helping us sell our house during what became very uncertain times between listing our house and closing. We received two competing offers and Shannon was invaluable in negotiating a price thousands higher than our asking price four days after the house went on the market. She also arranged for our property to be sold on an "as is" basis which minimized any repairs we were required to pay for, and in negotiating a clause that the house appraisal was not required to come back at any particular figure for the sales contract to still be binding. Shannon produced an outstanding multicolor brochure for our property, employing a professional photographer. Her beautiful for sale sign gave our residence plenty of attention from passersby. When our garage door spring broke a couple of hours before the buyers' house inspection, she arranged at her cost for the repair to be made with an hour to spare.
