At first, the staff appeared to accept responsibility and instructed me to get an estimate for the repair. I followed their instructions, got a quote, and returned within the hour. But once they saw the cost, the story changed. Suddenly, I was told they'd need to go through their insurance--and that I'd have to get a second estimate. To make matters worse, they refused to provide their insurance information or take further responsibility, despite acknowledging the damage. Here's what's most frustrating: 1. I'm a full-time student--I came here expecting a quick 5-minute car wash and left with $1,500 in damage caused by their equipment. 2. I followed their instructions exactly and provided one estimate as asked. 3. I'm a long-time customer with a full-service unlimited wash plan. Is this really how you treat loyal customers? 4. Despite the damage being obvious and well-documented, I was forced to spend time filing a police report, chasing down estimates, and dealing with a complete lack of resolution. I didn't go for the full service because the price felt ridiculous and shady. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they enter the sale at the $27 price and pocket the difference. I went with just an exterior wash, and even that was a waste--my car came out still dirty, with blue streaks left on the hood. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

All was fine for a few weeks- no change in cars.... Suddenly, without explanation, a worker appears at my window and insists that the new policy is to remove all hitches from trucks and SUVs. Interesting because I had been through this thing numerous times as well as other car washes and in fact, my family also owned one years ago and this has never been an issue. Additionally, my hitch has a lock on it so there's no way it was going anywhere. no one offered to replace it after they took it off and there was no way for me to leave the line and abandoned the errand that morning. Fast-forward a few days later and I try to get my car washed during early business hours and it's closed. I try again later that day again during business hours and again it's closed. I guess the idea is to take your credit card and charge it but not to provide the service. Final comment, it's a tight squeeze when you come out and you try to get your vehicle set up near a vacuum. People plop themselves down right where the bay lets out the cars. PS: The owner and his wife also own HARRIGANS PUB and let's just say neither one is especially friendly or place much of an emphasis on customer service. I'd suggest PJs on 35 in Wall. That's where I'm taking my business now. Bc after trying to talk to the owner about my beef, I could tell he was totally checked out.
