Told me I needed a new headunit and they would order it and install it the following week. I had asked for someone to contact me with the specifics of what headunit they were going to install and nobody ever got back to me. I called the day the install was scheduled for and had asked again what head unit they were going to be installing on my vehicle. Come to find out nobody ever ordered the unit and they couldn't get one for another few days. Went to a different shop and they figured out the issue wasn't even the unit at all it was a speaker short. Just really frustrating when I can't get updates on something I was going to spend a good chunk of money on that would not have even resolved my issue. Edit after reply: you guys are just lying now. I did want the new unit that is true but you had told me my issue was with my current unit. You never looked at my car for shorts in wiring. Yes the back of my stereo was messed up but that's why I came to you guys to fix a issue, you just kept guessing on what the issue was instead of fixing it. Also I called you guys after my first appointment to figure out what stereo was going in my vehicle you said you would give me a call back and I never received one. I called the day of my appointment 4/12/2023 and asked again what unit you were going to install you said you would call me back. Someone did call me back it was your tech Riley. He had told me it was never ordered and it would be a few days till you would get one. If I could leave less stars I would because it's one thing to have bad service it's another to then reply to a review and blatantly lie to try to save your own ass.
