Anyone who deals with cottonwood trees knows how brutal those sticky pods are on glass. I'd tried to tackle it myself twice before and it was like fighting gorilla glue. Window Genie succeeded beyond my wildest dreams and got it spotless. I also hired them to power wash all the cement on my property -- driveway, sidewalks, everything -- and apply a protective sealant afterward. It's a two-step process, and the cleaning results were fantastic. A few days later they came back to apply the sealant, but wouldn't you know it, within half an hour of finishing, an unexpected rain shower rolled through (nowhere in the forecast!) and washed away some of their work. Instead of leaving it, they made it right without hesitation and came back out to reapply the sealant to the affected areas. Through it all, the team was easy to work with, friendly, conscientious, and completely professional. That kind of follow-through and accountability is hard to find these days. Fish window cleaning service in Appleton Wi was terrible the way they handled my appointment…read more April 20/2026 Jim Vioito came out to my home to give me a quote on cleaning my windows. Based on the quote he gave us we decided to go with the company to have our inside and outside windows cleaned. I should mentioned That he told us about the company and how great of a business it is , and how his customers are satisfied with the job they do. We set up a date for cleaning for 6/11/2026 Thursday. As we were getting close to that date, I have not heard from them so I called to confirm. I spoke to a woman by name of Tamie to find out when they were coming on the 11th. She said I could expect them mid to late morning, because the customer before us wasn't home. I live in Sturgeon Bay and she said the crew was in Egg Harbor which is not far from us. I said okay, soon after she calls me back ,to tell me they are going to Baileys Harbor first because it is closer than we are , which is not true. She said they will still come to me when they promised, it was already mid morning. We already moved things around the house to accommodate the crew. It then became 1:00pm and they have not arrived yet, I called Tamie and said where are they , she replied that they will be going back to the first customer because they came home and we will be in the late afternoon. I said really , why should we be penalized and have to wait, that customer should wait not us. She then replied that she can return our deposit if we are not satisfied with this time frame. At this point I had enough from this company and I said credit my deposit back to my account,she said okay I will, I then hung up. Because of the terrible time I had communicating with this Tamie person to get the crew out on the time , I then assumed their window cleaning service would probably be unsatisfactory also. I should also mention that Tamie did say that it was her fault that all this happened. Okay,then she should do what is right to accommodate us. This person should not be responsible for scheduling crews or talking to customers about arrival times. Jim Vioito should not be telling us how great the service is witthe company that he represents, seeing that he couldn't back it up.

Glass shower doors still with water spots after they were done, areas of floor still with dust, streaky mirrors etc. Overall, did a decent job and helped me out when I was in a bind, so I am grateful for that, but if I have more time to find someone in the future, maybe I'll go with someone else.
