I received the one time deep cleaning service. I was quoted for a 1000sqft apartment, 3-4 hours…read morewith two cleaners. Let me start by saying, they did a good job overall. However, i did receive the basic cleaning when i requested deep clean. Which is obviously a difference in price. Then, without communication, the two cleaners went over our quoted time. When you're budgeting $500 for a 3-4 deep clean, you expect it to stay at that price. After, when talking to the boss, Cesar, about the overall work and time it took he states there was, "lots of dust" and that's why they went "1.5 hours over". I know dust doesn't equal going over "1.5" hours of clean time, especially when i didn't receive the deep clean service like i was supposed to, but the basic. Also, they were at my place for 5 hours and they were trying to charge me for 5.5 hours! When i told Cesar how long his cleaners were at my house and asked if we could pay the quoted price of 4 hours (1 hour difference) he said "well i need to pay my workers for what they did." I know that, but you also need to listen to your customer about their experience and not overcharge time that wasn't used. So, at the end of it all, i would definitely consider a different cleaning service. Not because their cleaners were lousy & terrible, but because the timeframes, information on which clean you are getting is not accurate, and quotes don't match what you are told.
