They were extremely professional from start to finish--showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly take pride in their work. What really stood out was their attention to detail. After they wrapped up, they took the time to walk me around the property, point out a few problem areas, and even offered helpful advice on how to address them. It's rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like that. Very pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend BrightSight to anyone looking for quality exterior cleaning. They cleaned outside first, then came in, left their shoes at the door, and went to work. One hour and 15 minutes later, they were done. It was so worth it. I would definitely hire them again.

Anyone who deals with cottonwood trees knows how brutal those sticky pods are on glass. I'd tried to tackle it myself twice before and it was like fighting gorilla glue. Window Genie succeeded beyond my wildest dreams and got it spotless. I also hired them to power wash all the cement on my property -- driveway, sidewalks, everything -- and apply a protective sealant afterward. It's a two-step process, and the cleaning results were fantastic. A few days later they came back to apply the sealant, but wouldn't you know it, within half an hour of finishing, an unexpected rain shower rolled through (nowhere in the forecast!) and washed away some of their work. Instead of leaving it, they made it right without hesitation and came back out to reapply the sealant to the affected areas. Through it all, the team was easy to work with, friendly, conscientious, and completely professional. That kind of follow-through and accountability is hard to find these days. She pays attention to detail and seems to enjoy cleaning (strange but okay). She showed up with all of her supplies and didn't need me to provide anything. I left her to it and before I knew it, my whole house was clean. What I didn't realize until later is that she didn't stop where you couldn't see anymore like some other places do. Behind the furniture got done, under the couch and inside the couch had been done, and many things I didn't think of were taken care of. I hate dusting. All my picture frames had been cleaned. I wish I could hire her every day.
