The issue is that what was served looks nothing like the photo used on the menu. The server herself even admitted that the picture was edited, which makes it even more misleading. I couldn't even wait until I left to write this review--that's how frustrating this experience has been. I'm also not someone who leaves bad reviews or complains about food, but this situation is extremely annoying and disappointing.

Since it was not traditional bubble tea (but somewhat fancier flavors), I asked the young man at the register if I could take one of the menus to the car to show my husband. The young man at the register looked uncomfortable with this. Nevermind, I told him and left. I headed right over to Hotline Boba where I got 3 freshly made Taro bubble tea with a side of great customer service that didn't make me feel like I was about to steal a 25 cent menu. At a minimun , Midtown Boba, the lesson is that any respectable beverage establishment should have to go menus.
