They went above and beyond every step of the way, going so far as to help with getting issues resolved that ultimately they could've just ignored. This entire team is beyond amazing and, the job they did, coupled with how they treated me as a customer, has made me a customer for life. I will honestly sing their praises from the highest hills as long as I am alive to do so. I took my brand new car to Detailing by Tim to apply lifetime ceramic (Ceramic Pro 9H). In inspecting the vehicle, they found a myriad of manufacturer defects and went the extra mile to help me get the issues resolved. Without detailing just how far they went, I can say that at every turn, what they did for me was beyond any expectations I had. In the end, my vehicle looks amazing and is protected for life which is good, because there is no doubt I will be a customer for just as long. Thank you Brian and Bryan for everything you did to make sure, in the end, I left happy.

Attempted to remove it ourselves and found it slow going and required lots of elbow grease. Finally gave up and called Brian at Ceramic Pro. He and his technicians did an awesome job removing these tar-like balls from the outer layer of paint. Then they applied a ceramic coating to protect their work. The car looks awesome and good as new. I would recommend them without hesitation. The extra cost for the spore removal was well worth it.

Poor Workmanship, Defensive Attitude, and Lack of Accountability…read more My experience with this business has been extremely disappointing. Although paintwork is not their specialty, they offered to fix the paint issues on my Toyota Corolla new, and I trusted them to do the job properly. Unfortunately, the results were poor, and I was left extremely dissatisfied with their work When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility and genuinely trying to resolve the situation, they became defensive and continued making excuses I also felt that they tried to take advantage of the language barrier to dismiss my concerns rather than address the actual problems with my vehicle What concerns me even more is how they manage their online reputation. They publicly portray themselves as a business willing to resolve customer complaints, but my experience has been very different. My negative comments have been removed from their social media pages, which raises concerns about how they handle honest criticism. Their advertising creates an impression of professionalism, but in my experience, their actions did not reflect that image. I believe customers deserve transparency, accountability, and respectful treatment regardless of the language they speak. I strongly encourage anyone considering this business not to rely solely on its social media advertising. Do your research, look beyond the promotional posts, and carefully consider your options before trusting them with your vehicle.
