So, used the app to order a taxi two hours before I want (as recommended on their telephone message…read moreand website), only to be told that the taxi will be 45 minutes late as the app doesn't know how busy they will be by the time I want it. Surely that's the whole point of the app and booking in advance? My booking is 2 hours earlier and should be higher in the queue than somebody who flags it down? Company is an absolute joke and couldn't care less about customers. If you have an app that can't reserve bookings in advance for the time requested then what is the point in the app? You seriously need to reassess your business model as I'd rather go out of town or Uber than waste my time with your sorry excuse for a service.

I use these as my preferred taxi rank, the drivers are very friendly and chatty and the cars are of a good standard and clean within and without. The most important thing is that they provide a reliable service and are always on time. Prices are standard like most other taxi companies, but they personal touch they have makes you feel more welcoming as you get to know each driver and they are always happy and in the mood to chat.

I booked the airport deal what was to be dropped off at the airport then you paid the driver £35…read morepound and just £10 on your return . they were to be phoned at the office after you picked up your luggage and the driver who would be waiting in the lay-by would then pick you up straight away So we did as required and after 20mins standing in the cold and phoning 3times was told the driver was on his way. When we asked the driver why the delay was told he had traveled from south shields so there was never a driver waiting for us ! So the next day I phoned the office to speak to the manager and was told he was not in, then again, and again, So I will never use this company again and have informed family and friends of the false information I was given that they would be waiting for us at arrivals so please use beware of this problem with this company
