Jennifer the so-called manager was some how listening in to our conversation and she e-mail the teller and and she told her what to tell me. The teller said "oh Jennifer just e-mail me and told me what to tell you" I was very shocked as to why Jennifer was listening to my conversation. Jennifer needs to mind her own damn business. The second branch in Airdrie. I was there earlier this year because my husband had contacted CIBC to track a DRAFT that he had wrote to some one and we were trying to get a copy of the draft for court to proved that we paid to get a job done. Jennifer was completely useless! She past it on to Janice Keys who promised us that the draft will be here in the branch in a few business days. USELESS! and false promised. I went to the second branch in Airdrie because Janice Keys said that the draft was done there, which is a blatant lie. The manager there was a complete Tyrant and completely out of controlled. I have a video that I put on YouTube for every one to see how she behaves. I told her about the importance of the draft that we need it. The witch told me that I was not allowed in the branch anymore. IT TOOK THEM TWO MONTHS TO FIND THE DRAFT! Causing us to had to spend $3500 hundred dollars. These people are USELESS and ignorant tyrants! do not bank with them, look at their review. The hysterical part of it is that they think that my husband will continued banking with them. If people don't bank there these tyrants would be out of a job. Airdrie CIBC banks are completely useless!
