The CIBC has two branch locations in the City o Airdrie. With ATM machines in both but no ATMs at any other locations. Must be too expensive for the huge " Rip Off " they really are. Jennifer Sippola, thinks she is someone important or special, I was at this branch earlier in 2024. I was at the teller talking to her about my account. Jennifer the so-called manager was some how listening in to our conversation and she e-mail the teller and and she told her what to tell me. The teller said "oh Jennifer just e-mail me and told me what to tell you" I was very shocked as to why Jennifer was listening to my conversation. Jennifer needs to mind her own damn business. The second branch in Airdrie. I was there earlier this year because my husband had contacted CIBC to track a DRAFT that he had wrote to some one and we were trying to get a copy of the draft for court to proved that we paid to get a job done. Jennifer was completely useless! She past it on to Janice Keys who promised us that the draft will be here in the branch in a few business days. USELESS! and false promised. I went to the second branch in Airdrie because Janice Keys said that the draft was done there, which is a blatant lie. The manager there was a complete Tyrant and completely out of controlled. I have a video that I put on YouTube for every one to see how she behaves. I told her about the importance of the draft that we need it. The witch told me that I was not allowed in the branch anymore. IT TOOK THEM TWO MONTHS TO FIND THE DRAFT! Causing us to had to spend $3500 hundred dollars. These people are USELESS and ignorant tyrants! do not bank with them, look at their review. The hysterical part of it is that they think that my husband will continued banking with them. If people don't bank there these tyrants would be out of a job. Airdrie CIBC banks are completely useless! As a customer for over 10 years dealing with this bank. I hate how rude the tellers are when you're there to do some fiancial related things. I also hate how this place will talk you into things that will just cause you further problems down the road. I happen to be one of those people. I also hate how they will even phone you a million times a day when you've told them to f*ck off and they still call you seconds later after you hang up on them and then you just refuse to answer their calls. I've had nothing but issues since i moved. They constantly mess up my coin deposits where I don't have access to the money that I've worked hard to earn. read more
