However, she and her team lacked the knowledge that almost made me give up on my dream home. She informed me that my home was out of my range due to debt to income and she would not be able to get the loan done. I then requested the range I would need to be in to secure the loan so we could continue to look. THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD FROM HER. She never sent me any additional info in regards to what I requested. Anyhow, after a couple days I called another lender HOMEBRIDGE and they had me financed in 8 days (in large part due tot the fact that I spent weeks getting info together for Maria). Anyhow they informed me that she was mistaken and that my debt to income ratio was WELL with in the given amount. 10 days later we closed on our home with an even better interest rate. If Maria had at least reached back out to me to discuss my options this review might have gone a little differently but then again I would of never found HOMEBRIDGE or got the home I am typing this review in. When I call the customer service number, I get routed and re-routed to many different people. Most of them are in foreign countries. Most do not listen and talk over you when voicing your concerns.
